One star is too many. The service is a show of complete incompetence, the replacement of the clutch lasts two weeks, despite the phone calls to take care of the factory still information that they have sent an email to lease and are waiting. The policy of sending emails instead of repair, I strongly advise against this service unless you want to say goodbye to the car for a minimum of two weeks in order to be informed that they are waiting for an e-mail or that they have sent an e-mail and wait when the car is with a breakdown. Shame on the brand they are trying to represent

The lounge looks fine but for 10-15 mins. When I was there, no one from the staff took any interest in me.
