Zero professionalism in terms of contact with the client in terms of commercial service and interest in each client - company managers (I do not mean servicing employees if you come to the nursery alone to pick up seedlings - very nice lady). They are only interested in large turnkey garden projects. We ordered new seedlings for our garden worth about PLN 1000 with delivery and for two weeks nothing has reached us, they do not answer the phone, they reply to text messages that they are at meetings all the time.
Previously, we wanted to receive an offer from the RODOGOSZ company for the systematic service of our garden of 2 thousand. m2 - also did not show interest despite the interviews.
