Fantastic shop - you can get amazing clothes for extremely low prices. Quality same very good. All the family is always very happy about shopping. Many discounts. Nice things for home (for instance - decorations). - A small minus going for personel - they could be more kind and smile a bit.

Price lists do not match the actual state or lack thereof. Arrogant manager. No will to compare the price to the shelf. They could go to training at Castorama. No possibility of returning the goods - possible exchanges for products at the price of the returned goods. Market clutter.
