A new store, a new place, new people ... If someone likes changes, meets new people, he has an opportunity. Quite well located - in the vicinity of other large stores with various assortments, easy access, and plenty of parking spaces on site. I haven't got to know the shop staff very well yet, but they are young, approachable people who know what they do. The very fact that I made several times more serious purchases there in a short time confirms the truthfulness of my opinion. I am personally satisfied. The store has a very unprofessional service. A product was booked on the website and I wanted an employee to check the vacuum cleaner before buying it, because I wanted to check the power and whether it is working. To this I heard the answer: "We don't do it, you can assemble and check it yourself. If it was a laptop or a TV set, we would help", so I opened the carton myself, folded the vacuum cleaner, turned it on, and the lady stood and looked. In addition, while I was being served, an employee from the cash register department came up and instructed the lady to come to the phones (and he went to the cash register where there were two of them and there were no people at the cash registers). I felt a lot of pressure forcing the purchase, because the lady had no time to service me. The purchased goods are very good, but the service leaves much to be desired ...
