I wanted to pick up the package being with small children, three ladies unfolding the goods were not very pleased to say that we have to stand in front of the store for half an hour. I understand the work and responsibilities but it is freezing cold, and it takes a few minutes to pick up the package and there were a few ladies. When I said that the children are cold, one of the ladies said that she also has a child at home and she is also cold but she must lay out the goods. I have not encountered such rudeness yet, because these ladies were very surly.
