There is a tomb of the Borzewski family in the cemetery. Antoni Borzewski, a landowner, a graduate of the Technical University of Riga, on August 16, 1920, at the Ugoszcz estate, defended himself several hours against the Bolshevik army. He was hit by a bullet when the Bolsheviks set fire to the palace and he was forced to go to the window. On the left outer wall of the Borzewski family chapel there is a plaque commemorating the buried members of the Borzewski family. At the very bottom there is an inscription: "ANTONI BORZEWSKI • UR. 25/3 1868 ZM. 16/8 1920 R". A chapel was built in his honor in Ostrowite.
