The bank looks very good after renovation, but customer service has not changed. There are still very large queues (and unsupported cash registers). Lack of payment, the card is shocking for me and indicates that the bank still has a lot to catch up.

The first visit to the bank after the renovation surprised me mega positively. With service there was never a problem, the conditions offered by the bank are also beneficial, and now after a metamorphosis visit there is pure pleasure. The bank is open to clients, provides a children's corner, a green wall with live flowers and ... a swing. I know that the bank counts other things, interest rates, commissions, etc .. But waiting for your turn at the checkout is now much nicer.

It looks better after renovation, although the lack of glazing between cash registers is not satisfying.

Login problems are increasing. Service work almost every day.
