I would like it to be positive, but it is impossible. Lots of goods and yes. Maybe even too much. I did not find what was supposedly available according to the internet. There was also no one from the staff who would come and help in looking for an interesting product. Not that there was no service. You were at the computer in the section I was interested in, but you were not interested in clients. The alleys between washing machines and refrigerators were cluttered with other free-standing goods, which made it difficult to move freely. Nowadays, when social distance is essential, it is also important. Or maybe the service staff also adapted to the requirements and kept social distance? By the way, when you go to this store, you need to know what you are looking for. The staff (not all of them, I can't say that) charge for additional costs, such as relocating the door or an additional guarantee, even though you do not ask for it, and even indicate that you do not want it. I had this situation when I was buying a refrigerator in installments. If it weren't for my consciousness, I would have had to pay back a few hundred bucks, even though I did not consent to it.

Unfortunately, the service was very rude. Two gentlemen (who know everything) unfortunately not on the topic !! Rude approach to the client, zero empathy and interest. I wanted to buy a phone for almost 6000, but after a rude approach to us. I decided to leave this store and bought a phone in Gniezno (not in media expert), where I was professionally and professionally served. I will advise everyone against shopping at Media Expert in Żnin !!
