A restaurant with potential, however, it is not yet a high-level facility. For a good start, we ordered soups - tomato broth and cream, very good, seasoned perfectly. Next were burgers, unfortunately we got them cold. The staff even coped well with this fact, as we received warm burgers and teas in compensation within 10 minutes. A big plus for accepting the dogs and providing water;) Dear Ladies Waitresses, we open the drink at the table, we do not bring it open. If you are collecting an order, you should not ask who the particular dish is for. At the entrance, we waited 5 minutes for someone to notice us, because no one came to us at the practically empty restaurant. No hospitality. We got confused bills so we had to settle accounts with each other after we left. The restaurant manager should train the staff more, and it will be a fun place. We will definitely come back hoping to get better.

As in most cases described in the reviews - we also had a problem with being noticed by the staff, both at the entrance and when we wanted to order dishes or ask for a bill. Delicious tartare, while the quality of the toppings - fries when ordering a burger, rolls served with tatra or even lemonade leave much to be desired. Certainly, these are not additions made on the spot, fries straight from the package, of very poor quality, and the ketchup served in the SACHET is crying out to heaven for vengeance! The rolls also tasted like poor quality baked bread from a bag. Lemonade with some chemical sweetener added, certainly not fresh fruit / juice. Unfortunately, the burger meat is very weak, it seems that not 100% beef, hard and dried, again a loss in quality. A place with potential, however, it will bear fruit only with fair kitchen management, without taking shortcuts. Every person who is even a little bit interested in the kitchen, or at least who likes food, will pay attention to these shortcomings, which are unacceptable at such prices. Fingers crossed.

We had high expectations and hopes for this restaurant, unfortunately we are totally disappointed. We were there during our stay at the hotel, which is really great, which unfortunately we cannot say about the Molasses restaurant. The waiting time for serving dishes is 1.5 hours, which in this class of place is a mockery, we waited for drinks only over 0.5 hours. The service is inexperienced, works chaotic and does not inform about the waiting time for a meal, which makes the stay in this place pleasant. As for dishes - with prices, Molasses aspires to very good restaurants in Krakow or Warsaw (main courses in the price range of PLN 40-70), unfortunately their appearance does not go hand in hand with taste. The pork loin was so dry that it was difficult to eat it to the end, the duck, though tasty in itself, was overwhelmed with a huge amount of apricot jam, and the black pudding croquette turned out to be a small ball for one bite. The lemonade for PLN 20 had an artificial flavor of the cheapest lemon syrup from a supermarket. There is still a lot of work to do before this restaurant, unfortunately we feel sorry for this visit and the money spent, because for PLN 150 for two people you can eat a much better dinner, especially taking into account the location of this restaurant. 2 stars for the decor which is impressive and very impressive.
