The best onion rings in Poland are in Zamość. And the best onions in Zamość are at Kucharski's. For this great bread and a friendly staff. I heartily recommend! ---------------- Cebularz is a wheat dough pancake, with a diameter of 15-20 cm, topped with diced onion and poppy seed (15-20%), characteristic for Lublin cuisine. It's absolutely delicious. Kucharscy bakery make the best cebularzes in all of Zamość. On top of that they bake great breads and rolls. Excellent customer service! I wholeheartedly recommend.
