Honestly, today an elderly lady served before me asked the saleswoman for help and instead of helping to pack her shopping she took care of the next customer clearly annoyed. I helped this lady deal with the nets. But I am asking for training from customer service staff. I know that the situation is quite stressful now but a little smile and good will will not hurt anyone.
