This bank is a total failure, what I would not ask, receives an answer, please call the helpline a few years ago, everything worked quite differently and now they are giving clients the grace that they will serve them at all.

I have nothing to work, only those hours of the massacre I work and not only me from 9 to 17 one day at least there could be other hours and a lot of people have no chance to settle the matter

Overall, as a customer of this bank, I am rather satisfied Convenient location Parking in front of the building Large interior space It is true that customer service is slow, but in bank employees should not rush, a mistake in this place can really cost
