Second visit and I advise against paying 1700 PLN on behalf of the person and the employee demands an ID card for verification. What verification, on what basis, why if I have nothing to do with the bank. And the answer of the employee: WHAT DOESN'T FIT, PLEASE GO ELSE. Service level 0 waste of time and nerves.

The Bank employees have not had training for many years, they do not know, for example, that Bank Pekao has been offering the account opening over the Internet for a long time without any contract signature at the Branch. When I wanted to withdraw money in the Oddło, the tragedy began. Employees had to think more than usual how to click on it in the system. It hurts that even the manager who came to help did not know that you can open an account online. Pekao is far behind other Polish banks. He tries to catch up, but what after he forgets to train employees. Prepare yourself in similar situations for a 1-2 hour visit and looking at employees' inefficiency.

Tragedy, I opened a company account and indicated that I want to use the deposit machines every day. But both deposit machines in Zamość are open once every few days, the deposit module is always broken or closed. It cannot be used normally and the bank until 17:30 and queues very long. Sometimes I can wait this hour in the queue to the checkout but I don't have time for it too often and I make a payment in the evening also a failure. I regret that I opened an account there.

Two cash registers, a queue of about 20 people, the customer is treated a bit like in the old days ... It is better to go to another branch or bank if you do not want to waste time about 2 hours, furniture dosys old dilapidated, still door with a camera that jam. The only plus is parking under the bank. No young staff, some work there too hard. Executives ok, employees in the windows should change to young people who have a better attitude to the customer.
