I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Unfortunately, I transferred the number from another network to Plus and everything was supposed to be "taken care of" by people working in this salon and what turned out ... that I pay in Plus and I still pay in the previous network ... Nothing and they did nothing !!!! I already regret !!!!

For years, if I extend the contract, it's always there. I have never been disappointed. The nice lady will always indicate on the contract what should be turned off after the promotional period, so that it does not start to "delete" us for any unnecessary services. Hearing what "problems" customers come there (for example, they got a bill on a trip to Egypt), and how they can boast that "after all they pay PLN 30 and were to have everything without limit!", Their hands fall! I wouldn't have the patience to work in such conditions or with such clients a single day!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND A lady with long hair who is complaining to a client and cannot behave. The contract can be extended and if you have to explain it, it says that it is not her responsibility. Does not inform about all fees when signing the contract.

Hello. I wanted to transfer the number to Plus on the card. I just went to this salon. There was no queue so we went over things. First surprise. I asked you to exclude marketing consents when transferring the number. It turned out that I have no right to demand that marketing consents be turned off, because they must be enabled by default. I hear about it for the first time. There was nothing like that for other operators and other salons. They turned off without any problems. But the most important thing. Lady canceled me at 12.30 PLN for a sim card where on the website of Plus I clearly write that the sim card when transferring the number should get it for free !!! Conclusions? They stretch as much as they can and unfortunately it is against all regulations !! That's why I do not recommend it, and if you have to go there, be very vigilant.
