The hotel is in a good location and has a potential but... It was horrible experience. The staff tried to locate us in a completely different building without access to facilities (swimming pool, spa). It took almost an hour of talking to the receptionist and later to the manager over the phone to convince them that I booked and paid for the room with the access to the facilities. Lack of flexibility and hostility of the staff. Really strange that such a hotel exists. Waste of time for the guest.

Absolutely fantastic hotel- great rooms with everything you'd expect at fair prices and really helpful and informative staff always available to speak too. I'd definitely love to return in the future.

Didn't use any of the spa services so I'll just stick to the hotel. Rooms are nice although some of them might have damaged furniture, bathrooms have enough space in them to move freely. Restaurant offers a fairly wide range of dishes but quite few times I would learn that this or that was unavailable, and given that the hotel considers itself to be a spa and charges a lot, seems a bit strange. Parking lot tends to be fully packed on a busy day. Also, bare in mind that the hotel houses parties and private parties like weddings which can make your stay unpleasant and unfortunately you probably won't be informed about it when you book a room. 3 stars only because there are no real alternatives in the area if you're looking for a good quality hotel.
