Professional trainers who adapt the training to individual needs, additionally control the correctness of performed exercises. Very good conditions and equipment, and a nice, relaxed atmosphere

An exercise club only for ladies of all ages under constant control of trainers. A great place to improve your form and figure

At first impression a bit primitive exercise, but it turned out to be effective. I'm starting to lose weight. I am glad that the club is still far from home and that the exercises last only 30 minutes.
