Defeat. They can't even shade their hair.
Unfortunately, I can not recommend it to hairdressers. I was a platinum blonde and I wanted to cut my hair a bit for a warm sand color, even brought photos with me. I'm sure that Basia has pushed me ugly dark colors even though I showed her that she wants others. I came to the conclusion that only the dark highlights put me instead of the whole because I already felt that it would not do me good. Unfortunately, instead of strands, she made me such a big dark band that my platinum blonde would completely disappear and my hair became gray-colored. She even tried to save them with a shampoo dyeing in light brown color, because this color, as well as in their salon lights, did not look like what I expected from her. Unfortunately, after 1 wash they turned gray and ugly again until they wanted to cry. Now I have to look for a good hairdresser again to lighten and destroy my hair again.
Honestly in front of this salon, I warn you - it's a shame on your hair and nerves, because they only brighten up something and nothing more.
My husband fought with them and even his own mother smeared him as she saw him rubbing him.
