Very good one

Having visited the information desk twice on the same day, I have a feeling of deep dissonance. On the one hand, a beautiful city and recommendations of friends about competent guides. On the other hand, there is a deep underdeveloped tourist information. The point service is very polite, but forgot to mention a small fact, which is the reconstruction of several hundred meters of ul. Łukasiński with a square, which made it very difficult to reach places recommended by the same staff (by the way, no signs, arrows, directions for pedestrian traffic at the construction site). Later, another person at the point was unable to point to any handicraft and souvenir shops (non-Chinese) on the Zamość map, apart from one painting and sculpture gallery. I also propose to spend time updating points on the Google map with tourist attractions or points of interest (e.g. parking lots, post office), because some of them are outdated, incorrectly or incompletely marked (an example of which is the location marker of the information center in question, which I had to correct so that it shows the right entrance from Moranda Street, not Ratuszowa Street).

Polite and helpful staff. In addition, we had the pleasure of visiting the city with a guide - Ms Ewa. He talks fantastically about Zamość and its history. Thank you very much :)

Today we visited Zamość with Mr. Waldemar Kaźmierczak. Thank you for your knowledge, commitment, humor and professionalism 🙂. A fantastic way to convey information about the city. We were in Zamość for the first time, and I'm sure we will remember this city for a long time. Mr. Waldemar, great job and "no one has to correct it after you"
