I hope that someday there will be someone who will draw conclusions from such opinions and realize that sometimes to change something for the better just listen to the voices and opinions of customers.
First of all - since you are already so cut off from the customer that you do not even provide a local phone number - it would be worth making sure that the opening hours of the unit indicated in the Google business card are up to date - if you cannot or cannot take care of it - just delete the business card - not to mislead customers and waste their valuable time.
Staying at opening hours - 9 - 16:30. Who invented such hours? Who they are to serve. I omit the fact of opening a branch for less than 8 hours - but it would be worth considering that people work. They usually work 8 hours. And they usually work from 8am to 4pm. So to arrange something in the Cancer ward, you would have to fly to Millennium right after working with the language displayed - and will I be able to do the lottery here or not? It may, however, manage to arrive at 16:25 - just to find out that, unfortunately, during those 5 minutes that remain until closing, unfortunately I will not do anything - or feel the eyes of irritated staff, who in a moment must go to home. Who would like to be served in such conditions?
You really don't need much - just think - think like a customer - look at the matter through his eyes, empathize with his position ...
If someone is unlucky and works from 9-17 - there is no chance to arrange something in the Bank Millennium branch in Nowy Targ. Unfortunately. Well, unless he takes a vacation or leaves his job ... Or maybe on Saturday - NO - also closed! Did the ANYONE who set the same hours of the branch consider the client at all?
An ATM / cash deposit machine remains. It works really well for deposits and withdrawals. Provided that it works.
I needed to make an urgent payment yesterday. Immediately after work (in my case after 17) I went to the ward. Unfortunately, the ATM did not work. I got nervous but thought I would make a deposit tomorrow before work. Unfortunately, before 8 o'clock - and later before 9 o'clock the deposit machine did not work either. Nothing has changed for 15 hours. Could the fault be rectified within 15 hours? Probably yes - if there was such a will? Apparently there was no will ... The client - if he wants - let him wait ...
While standing in front of the ATM, I read an inscription informing me that the device was not working - a bank employee passed by. Of course, I did not fail to ask why the ATM did not work and when it would work. I have politely but firmly informed that since yesterday I have been trying unsuccessfully to make a payment and expressed my disapproval of the situation.
The answer I got a bit surprised me, although when I thought about it later - that's what I expected.
We take care of the customer - an employee of the Bank Millennium branch in Nowy Targ answered - we settle the ATM every day - it is not our fault that the ATM does not work - it is usually the customers who pay incorrectly and block the device ...

Customers are guilty - ONLY AND ONLY !! ... nothing more nothing less...
Not a moment of reflection ... Not a single question - not a bit of interest - how could we help you in this situation? ...
It's a pity. As I wrote - sometimes you don't really need much.
All in all - I think I should be glad that I didn't hear something like:

What was the final of this story? The finale was that I asked my son - before 10 he went and made the payment by the window. I couldn't do it for one simple reason - I was at work. At the time I tried to do it three times - the cash deposit machine did NOT WORK!
After making the payment, my son informed me by phone: FOR A PAYMENT OF ACCOUNT BY A FOREIGN PERSON A COMMISSION OF PLN 9 was collected.
