The branch in Andrychów is a failure! I have been waiting for a week for the antenna and router where one of the employees assured me that it will be in a few hours. We had to bring an old man so we had to disassemble him when we came with the old to pick up a new one (And this on the second day) it turned out that he was gone! And so a week. They are not interested in the fact that they ordered to download and bring the antenna that is on the roof, they deny that they said so. DEFEAT! Employees very incompetent, and from the management of zero reaction! I recommend avoiding this branch! It's a waste of time and nerves.

The lady at the plus point was very nice. .. the service by this lady was a very bad second lady who was sitting next to her also was not nice .. Cliiles were waiting and you were sitting on Facebook has been very outraged by the behavior of these gentlemen
