One of the cashiers probably does not know what a bank secret is. He screams at the entire facility for how much money a person brings (this is repeated repeatedly). She is rude and rude. I advise the management to do some course for service because it's embarrassing. Better to go to Wadowice or Kęty. There was no information about the fact that the facility was under renovation and closed nowhere

Zero information that the branch is under renovation and is closed, yet it shows that it is open. Unfortunately, I lost my time 🤔

There was a misunderstanding regarding the charging of fees, but the fees after my intervention were withdrawn. For this a great plus.
