I am shocked that a salon with such an approach to the client still exists. The staff in the lounge is very busy talking to each other and constantly looking at the phone. The manager is uncultured and I am surprised that she found herself in this position. I gave BRW a second chance, but this time I placed an order online. Of course, the warehouse is in Andrychów, so again a delay and finally no goods. I have about 3.5 km to the showroom and the driver has a huge problem with delivery. Never again and I will dissuade everyone!

Nice furniture
I bought Office Lux office furniture for self assembly at BRW.
1) If someone is thinking about buying furniture for self-assembly, I strongly advise against it and suggest you go to Ikea (I have already put together a lot of furniture). Probably someone at BRW has not completely thought about some solutions or the company simply has no experience. Disaster - the only term.
2) The quality is terrible, furniture falls apart during assembly and placement, the worst grade board comes, the chips from the board break through under the front veneer !!!
3) After placing the furniture in the office, you can probably only look at it, they are suitable for it (and from a distance, the wife said that if she ordered it home, she would send it back), inserting several empty or almost empty binders caused the regiments to sag !!! Inserting something heavier but not exceeding the permissible weight given in the manual may cause extreme deformation or collapse.
The service of the salon in Andrychów is a separate topic, other customers have already commented on it so I'm finishing.
