Designed by Austrian architect Robert Hank as a military headquarters in the parish cemetery in Zakliczyn in the district of Tarnow.
The main element of the lodging is a monumental wall of stone blocks, ended with a triangular gable, with a rectangular lumen connected to a trapezoid, located in the line of the eastern fence. In the clearance on the pedestal there is a concrete cross with the inscription made of metal letters. The content of the inscription is as follows:
"GETREU IN NOT - SELIG IM TOD"
which can be translated as
"Faithful in need, blessed in death."
249 Austro-Hungarian and 17 Russian soldiers were buried there in 2 mass graves and 248 individual soldiers who died or died in 1914-1915, as well as 13 soldiers of the Polish Army who died in September 1939.
