Grills, fried fish, all inclusive buffet, waffles with whipped cream, ice cream, sweet carbonated drinks, phew! ... From holidays, besides tan, I also brought extra kilos ... Today I think I was very lucky when I was recommended the Diet company Eco. After talking to the dietitian, I chose the diet variant - Healing Post by Dr. E. Dąbrowska.
I ordered a home delivery and there was never any delay. Every day I receive freshly prepared meals composed of high quality fruit and vegetables. The beginning was not easy, the swinging and unpunished form of nutrition made my body protest, but then as if by magic, another delivery from the Eco Diet appeared. After two weeks of using it, I got rid of a few significant kilos, I feel lighter and stronger, mentally more efficient, not to mention the significant improvement of hair and nails. I'm not going to stop there. I extend this diet to the offered 42 days! I would highly recommend!!! Especially now, after the holiday madness, but also because of the excellent quality in this period of our fruits and vegetables.
Delicious, varied, dietary meals, whose regular consumption brings excellent results in the appearance of the body. I would recommend!
