A very unprofessional approach to the customer. Two times I sent an e-mail asking for information about possible cooperation (I wanted to rent an apartment), no response whatsoever. I called back once, after several days, again and again I heard the same thing, i.e. that someone would call me back. I was called back after 3 telephone calls I made and I was informed that the company ... did not mediate in renting. A serious and respectful company would be responsible the first time, even if they were not interested in cooperation. A matter of culture, ladies and gentlemen.
