I would highly recommend! The ladies running the office perfectly matched the trip to our family's needs and our budget. Working with the ladies is pure pleasure, they explained everything to us, travel rules, insurance, details of the stay, no understatements. For the sake of the client, they called with questions whether we had taken care of the formalities, advised what to take, what to do, even where to change the currency, so that it would be beneficial for us. Special thanks to Mrs. Ewa Szymańska, who took us under her wing, found offers, advised and even when, at the last minute, we turned everything upside down, co-opting one more travel companion, she stood up to the task and made us have a wonderful holiday in an extended group, with minimal changes to the contract. Thank you! During my stay, being forced to seek the help of healthcare in a foreign country, I called in the late evening hours with a request for advice and without any problems I obtained all the necessary information, despite the office's long termination of work (around 21:30 Polish time). I sincerely recommend! We had the pleasure of using the services of Gryzelda for the first time and the next family trip will certainly start with a visit to the office at Wojska Polskiego 28!
