I recommend this travel agency. Ms. Kasia professionally advised us the hotel, taking into account our individual needs. Earlier, we visited 3 other offices to have a better understanding of the offers and prices, and it was in Cleopatra that we found what we were looking for at a good price. We got a seat reservation to be able to finally make a decision at home (despite the short time to departure), the office responds to emails very efficiently, competently explains all doubts. We are very pleased with the trip itself, our trip was served by Sun & Fun.

I do not recommend, the lady was not very nice, she never had time for us, once she went for a break, despite other hours of the break, or put up a chair with the word settlement until 4pm and it was 2.15pm. When asked if she could provide us with information, she did not answer, and we did not receive any information at what hours you can come and be served. I do not recommend!!!!

You can always count on friendly and competent service at the Kleopatra travel agency. You can see that the ladies who work there visit many places and are able to recommend a place that will make your holiday dreams come true. I recommend! I come back from every vacation delighted.
