Today I returned to Warsaw (flight from Kiev). At the exit from the arrivals terminal there is my grandfather who loudly tells other airport employees: "Such an ugly Ukrainian nation that why are they coming ... with them you can't have any business at all." Dear Airport Manager, it seems to me that such an employee has nothing to do with working with people.
