Not only are they slow to get your luggage out of the plane, but they are also crooks dont put any valuables in your luggage or they will steal it.
Neverending waiting hours with trucks to unload, always poor and slow performance, terrible
LS Airport Services simply does not answer the baggage services "courtesy phone" at Chopin Aiport. I had to pick up my bag after a cancelled flight, and was told to use it. After almost 30 minutes of listening to "hold" music on that phone, I called the LS headquarters on my real phone. They called the baggage office, and after an additional 10 minutes one of the FOUR employees who had been sitting around in the LS office 50 meters from the courtesy phone (but in a secure area) came out to help me and the other customers waiting retrieve our luggage. Poland deserves better! So do LOT customers!
1h of waiting for suitcase. That's a joke. My flight was 1,5h and then I spent additional 1h waiting for my luggage.
The worst service you could even imagine. I would like to cary my bagg on my back than have anything in touch with them on the Chopin Airport. It's madness and bad joke to wait 45 minutes to get bagg. Experience of Chopin Airport is dramatically lower thanks to them!!!!!!
