I can recommend the services of Mr. Wiktor in 100%. He helped to detect a few faults in my new apartment, for example: 1.termostats 2. hinge covers The 3rd thermostat protrudes in the bedroom 4. no right angle in the bedroom 5. spray on the wall expansion in the bedroom 6. collision of the socket with the door frame by the bedroom 7.crooked angle glyph of the bedroom window 8. deviation of the wall plane in the bedroom 9. floor deviations 10. ceiling deviations 11. regulation of the level of balcony slabs 12. To all those who are wondering whether to use the services of Mr. Wiktor when collecting their m, I would like to assure you that this is the best possible choice! Mr. Wiktor arrived at the agreed place and on time, punctually and with a whole range of necessary tools, additionally, as part of the price, Mr. Wiktor checks the apartment with a thermal imaging camera (which is a rarity). Without the help of Mr. Wiktor, I would not find any defects / damages he found for anything, nothing escaped his attention, for which I am very grateful. The comment of the developer's representative during the reception that he is surprised by the meticulousness and preparation of Mr. Wiktor speaks for itself. Lots of advice and a detailed explanation of all faults. I highly recommend!

Serdecznie polecam odbiór mieszkania z Panem Wiktorem. Fachowe podejście. Szczegółowo sprawdza każdy punkt (wychwyci każda ryskę). Jesteśmy spokojni, że nasze mieszkanie zostanie nam oddane bez jakichkolwiek usterek. Dziękujemy:)
