"Karczma w Skansenie" is a small restaurant which during the summer time open a nice outside space with wooden tables & banks in country style. Here you can serve "kelbasa" & "karkuwka" with fried patatos and you can drink beer. Sometime you can enjoy county folklore during the lunchtime.

Delicious food. We especially recommend pancakes with apples - the kids had a little more! The downside, however, is the small number of seats inside the inn (hence the four stars) - I don't know how it works in case of a bad weather. In the same building as the inn there is also a souvenir shop where you can buy various souvenirs from the open-air museum and generally from Mazovia.

I recommend potato dumplings with bigos, bread with lard and sour soup. The wonderful surroundings of Skansen add even more flavor to these dishes.
