What is going on at this station is real paranoia, no treatment whatsoever, they sit in this station and make fun of people, extort and threaten, should the police work like this?

45 minutes pass from reporting to intervention, during which the perpetrator begins to drive nervously and remove residues after his misconduct, you do not need a scholar here to draw a conclusion.

The behavior of some officers of this police station (duty) in relation to citizens leaves much to be desired. Please note that you are doing public service. Unfortunately, some still seem to be more important and can do everything. It is sad that in the 21st century, in a state of law, you can not agree with a duty officer politely. If you write so nicely about your achievements on the Internet, it would be appropriate for all employees to maintain a high level.
