The level of knowledge of several officers, alarmingly low in criminal service. Approach to the applicant? Depending on the importance of the case. Young officers, usually too impetuous and overzealous, putting themselves above citizens. Fortunately, officers with several years of experience and those who have been on duty for the longest time are rational in their approach. Generally it is not bad, but it would be necessary to fill in the knowledge gaps of some officers :)
