For my part, I can recommend AJW. The plot purchase was finalized. We received support in organizing documents, we received a positive and effective response to each question.

Purchase of a plot. Notarial deed and formalities without any reservations, quickly and efficiently. What distinguishes the owner is his negotiating skills. We have had many brokerage offices, but the owner is definitely the most involved in bringing the transaction to a successful conclusion.

I definitely do not recommend !!! Unprofessional behavior of the owner who is aggressive and yells at customers. Asking for more data on several plots, the Lord shouted that we should first go all the plots ourselves and only then tell us something more, we also heard that "we are wasting his time and we are about to leave". Mr. owner can not control his emotions, raised his voice to my older dad, absolute disrespect. I miss real estate from afar seeing the very logo of this "company". Competition at a very high level, I recommend looking there.

I was selling a plot in Laski from AJW. The sale was quick and specific, even the documents and notary's were arranged.
