I have been shopping half-carcass before Christmas for several years praising the quality of meat, Unfortunately this time a big mistake, meat portioned probably for a cheap butcher, I think a mistake when ordering, I hope that although the weight with the price are fine because you can check this chop without hammering for smoking. Defeat.
