I am disgusted with my visit to the bookstore. Both ladies behind the counter. I am the only customer. I ask for the price of the book screaming through the entire bookstore I hear the answer: please come with the book. I ask: can't the Lady come to me? No, because I have a reader here. Later, that she is not responsible for the bookstore, And my friend cannot, because ... I did not find out why she cannot. I informed the ladies that they were rude and that I would enter my opinion on the Internet. Ladies need training in customer service.
