This is my second visit to this plant but definitely the last one. I had an appointment at 12:20. Came 3 mins earlier. The hairdresser was just finishing the previous "head". Zero disinfection ... and invites an expecting friend. I would somehow accept the delay of a few minutes, but not such treatment. ZERO PROFESSIONALISM. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Unfortunately, I do not recommend! The customer is treated here as a necessary evil. We made three appointments for New Year's combing well in advance (about 2 months). When we appeared in the salon (at 17.00), the hairdresser was surprised that we were three (despite the fact that it was recorded in the schedule, we checked) and began complaining that there was only one, the boss went away and what she will do now, she would like to go home, and here are three more clients ... etc. etc ... Honestly - we didn't know what to do, leave, stay ... We were also rebuked for not having washed our heads (!). I ignore the fact that for the first time I encountered the situation that I should come to the hairdresser with a wet head, but even if there is such a system here, we should be warned about it, we would be prepared. Ultimately, we stayed and among the endless complaints of the hairdresser, to improve work, we washed each other's head and dried (while the third of us was combed). The service was finally made with our little help, but the atmosphere was terrible. The price that was collected for a very average, not very complicated hairdo struck (PLN 150, after barring PLN 130). It is also surprising that the prices were already written by the owner earlier in the notebook, before the service was performed - after all, she did not know exactly what hair we have and what will be done ... If we were not "pinned to the wall" by 17:00 on New Year's Eve and we are in a foreign city and we do not have hairdressing accessories in the hotel, we certainly would not use the services of this salon. I do not recommend.

Delectable ladies, professional service, advice. Fast, efficient and satisfying. I left very satisfied.
