Hi there. I was on a trip to Bialowiza which is 15 km from Hajnowka and I was staying in this place with my friend. Everything else was fully booked in the area so we decided to stay in Motel Zubr. It was a mistake. Horrible place and horrible service. The owner (?) was in the reception and was really rude to us. I think he also was trying to charge us more because he knew that everything else was booked around. I am pretty sure we overpaid. The place is very old fashion looking and in general has that dirty feel, kind of disgusting. The shower was dirty. The bed was very uncomfortable. I would never go back there. Please stay away :)

When it comes to customer service, I recommend good cuisine.
