In July 2020, my wife, daughter and I rented a beautiful flat in this resort via AirBnB, which we warmly recommend (It is nr. 6 Liść Grabu). Beautifully furnished, and pleasant hosts who offer excellent service. However, as we discovered, our flat is not part of the portfolio of the main owner of the resort as a whole. Nevertheless, we visited the restaurant one of the days, next to which there was a children's playground. As anywhere in the world, we assumed it would be an available playground to the restaurant's guests. So we ordered drinks and some snacks, and let our 18 months old daughter play. The staff were friendly with us, provided a high chair for our daughter, and smiled when they saw her play. A short while later, though, the owner of the place turned up, Mr. Robert Pachocki. He was an unfriendly and disagreeable man. Outright petty, as it turned. He aggressively inquired which flat we were staying in. When he discovered that we were not renting one of his flats, he started harrassing up properly, saying that the playground was private property, and that we would have to pay 50 PLN (15 for an 18-month old girl, and 35 for an adult to look after her) to use the playground. We pointed out the fact that we were paying guests at the restaurant and that there were no other people neither at the restaurant nor the playground. But he came back to us 3 times, including once trying to put his phone to my wife's ear and have her talk to some manager or other of the place. Obviously, she refused. We quickly paid for our almost full drinks to the staff, and left our almost full glasses on the tables. Under no circumstances would we accept Mr. Pachocki's harrassment of us. My wife - 8 months pregnant at the time - got very shaken and stressed by the whole ordeal, as she was the one having to do the direct communication with this petty man (with me not being fluent in Polish). Our very strong recommendation: Rent apartment nr. 6 Liść Grabu, and visit restaurants in nearby Bialowieza, owned and run by local people. And stay away from the private property of this small-minded investor Mr. Robert Pachocki who uses such petty bullying techniques against other owners of apartments in this resort, and their clients.

I am delighted with this place :). Brilliant cuisine, very nice service. A unique playground for children. It's great that the pool water is not chlorinated. You can really relax. The apartments are clean, spacious and well-equipped. A big plus for the elevator, you can easily enter the trolley. The sensory park is beautiful. It was a very successful getaway, we will definitely come there again! Comments: 1. There are pebbles at the bottom of the paddling pool, so take your swimming shoes with you. 2. There was no hair dryer in the suite. 3. The restaurant menu lacks items typical for children. The only thing I can fault is the size of the apartment of our friends with whom we came (they got a much smaller apartment than ours, and the price was the same).

A place worth recommending. Coolly furnished apartments in the heart of the forest. Very clean. Nice service, ready to help at every step. Delicious breakfasts with local products that can be purchased later on site. For kids, a large playground, ball and net playground. There are no detergents in the apartments (it is worth taking with you or buying a small package at the reception).

The facility is freshly run and smells new. The service, including the owners, sweat their brow to ensure high quality, the effects of which can be seen. It is very good that the staff listens to their guests and reacts on an ongoing basis, for example, changing the way of serving breakfasts to meet the requirements in the field. Covid while reducing the hassle. The facility itself is actually located in the center of the forest and is a great base for exploring the National Park on foot, by bike or by car. Cool cuisine of a sports bar, with an idea and very tasty. Delicious regional craft beer and game dishes. Highly recommended and will definitely come back another time of the year as well.

Very nice place (stay June / July), especially when it comes to nature, the forest around is beautiful. However, the object is not complete yet which disturbs relaxation. The pool is closed despite the hot weather - the reason given once - Covid - legally unjustified, the second time - dusting trees - and it is a surprise that the trees in the wilderness are dusting. There are a lot of hidden costs, which surprises negatively with the already quite high price of the apartment: - paid parking lot, even though it was empty - additional juice for breakfast payable, we waited for breakfast in one day 30 minutes before a plate of cold cuts and cheese was brought - washing-up liquid and dishwasher tablet additionally payable - baby cot - payable - bathrobe and flip-flops - payable How to add it all out comes the price of a 5 * hotel and this place is not. Poor approach of people managing the facility to guests. I see more and more negative reviews about this place and I am not surprised at all. I advise you to think about how you do business! One star for nature.
