I was twice at the end of August and the beginning of September. We ate pizzas (on the advice of friends) it was supposed to be delicious and it was.
However, the service is not perfect and there is something to work on. I remove the star for the high price of beer - PLN 16, disproportionate to the standard of the restaurant and the quality of service, nowhere in Masuria have I paid so much for a beer.
Drama, service below critical. I understand that you have to wait but a lie in the style of someone coming soon and the lack of anything after 30 minutes only shows how seasonal workers approach the topic. I do not recommend it, I advise against it. The situation is not sporadic but repeated with each visit. Better to go to Giżycko or the hotels nearby.
When we went to get the menu they said they would come over to us. We ended up having to go there. The staff is immense. After 40 minutes of waiting, they told us "just a second." After an hour of waiting, we found out that there was a little mistake and they are starting to make the food all over again. We quit. Additionally, wasps fly everywhere. I do not recommend anyone.
Fair food, as it is in this type of pub. But this service .... Drama. 30% of the tables are occupied and you still have to go to the menu yourself, ask for someone to come and collect your orders, and then ask for the bill. Zero supervision, and it could use ...
Food tasty, but served sparingly. The service is charming, but young and without experience: getting lost, the customer waits a long time both for eating and being noticed, and setting tables is more important than the customer. The approach of the owners, who think that the incompetence of their employees will make up for the location, is extremely insolent. 5/10
