So far, I had no objections - usually friendly and professional service, but ... Many times I ordered products via the Internet application, then picking them up in the store. And it was the shadow palette that bore the hallmarks of 'testing', another time the same was true of the concealers palette I ordered - usually they were products covered by the promotion (although this is no excuse), I did not do a scandal about it. Today, when I came home, I noticed that the tonic I ordered was not fully closed, which resulted in a spill of a certain amount of the product - I did not notice it when I received it. Only due to other matters and lack of time, I did not return to the store to pay attention to the staff, but I know one thing: the next time I will do shopping in person or I will not do them at this facility at all. I don't know if the mistakes are due to inattention or too much work. I can understand a lot, but not when it happens almost every time. When ordering items from online drugstores, he always receives full-fledged goods. Ladies and Gentlemen, be ashamed.

Large assortment - by design. However, the shortcomings of the articles. Cream and paint were just sold out. I received information that the delivery will be in 2 days and if they deliver, it will be .. nice, helpful staff.
