Total incompetence. The lady who works there does not know what she is doing, she lies in the eyes of clients just to draw them on another contract. When she finds out the lack of skills needed in this position, she is insolent and harsh with clients. He uses older people to make commissions on them and stupidly smiles because he is not suitable for anything else. I definitely do not recommend.
