Nice and friendly employees, but a lot of them just speak polish and maybe some english. So it's sometimes a little bit hard to communicate if you want something "special" or if something doesn't work out. But at the reception you usually find someone who speaks english, at least during the day. Rooms are nice, and the pool and sauna are okay but not very big. Sauna is maybe for 4-6 people.

The place was comfortable but strangely understaffed considering high season. We had additional noises coming into the room when at 5am workmen decided to start fixing something in the electric box directly next to our room. Also, the disabled ramp on the small flight of stairs right next to our room was unprofessionaly fitted and made a lot of noise everytime anybody was going up or down it. The food in the restaurant was delicious but we always had to wait for it a long time. On two occasions even over an hour. Generally, lovely location but bad view as all overgrown, nice restaurant staff but poor timing, nice facilities but no aircon in the gym making it impossible to breathe. Decide for yourself.

Too old, smell bad, carpet room was to rought, curtains does not cover the morning sun, walls too thin we can hear water and other noises from both side rooms, bad food, slow service, ungry staff, we have a baby and they didnt want to give a room using the elevator, baby matress was dirty with poo, door lock was broken, they have 2 restaurants but they said that we cannot use it one because there was only on waitress.
