I dont like Orlen's station. Coffee should be better like it used to be.

The story start when I pull in to fill car with fuel. The pump did not start what so ever. Lady come out from the station and told me there is no electricity. Ok she was nice and polite. After couple minutes I went to the station and ask if electricity come back. I was told yes and been told Im ok to use pump. Start pumping fuel and I manage to pump 2.80pln and stop try few times but no luck. Whent back to station ask lady for help at the pump. After minute or two. Bloke looking like manager come out and whent to the pump. Hang pump to the holder and start again. All whent fine. I manage to put 200pln in to the tank. And went inside to pay for it with 200pln bank notes I’ve had. Lady says 202.80pln to pay. I’ve ask her there was differend amount at the pump and she replays in rude way she not going to pay for that fuel. I was almost force to pay for whole amount. Not professional at all. Also my mate was abused by another lady for using toilet when was power cut. Basicly urinal in time of power cut was trip to flush water constanly and making whole toiled floor fill with water and unsafe to use and walk. Basicly health safety customers was not there priority. No one check toiled in case of customer stuck without light in toiled. Very poor service. Very rude staff.
