I service all my KIA cars that until now I had only in this service (only six cars). All remarks or problems reported to the car were solved professionally. Last visit on Friday 03.07.2020 and service by Mr. Mariusz Przybyła championship. I arrived unannounced, Mr. Mariusz organized a service for me and the service itself lasted maybe 20 minutes. The commitment he showed exceeded my expectations. I drove more to arrange a specific day. I don't visit the website often, because I do a review once a year. I have never had a problem with making an appointment or service. The salon team similarly, Mr. Piotr Szkup gold man, always explained everything and arranged for me many times. Best regards to the whole MGT team

I would recommend. Due to the confusion, I double forgot to replace the throttle, which was offered to me under the warranty. The gentleman called and recalled the visits of other customers so that we managed to do it on the agreed date. Anyway, during the review also only positives. I really recommend the salon in Łowicz. When replacing the car, I will definitely stick to their offers. Marlena

I recommend. I have been servicing the car for years, despite the fact that the warranty period has already expired, always a professional approach, making appointments with the service or repair time does not differ from reality. Reminding about the visit and calling back the client with information about the planned repair. The last repair on July 31, 2020 of the defect found during the periodic inspection was successfully completed. Great commitment on the part of employees, especially Mr. Mariusz, professional approach and care for the performance of the service at the highest level using all the possibilities of maintaining good service-customer relations. The service assistance in post-accident repairs was also comprehensive. I recommend it from my own experience with full responsibility

The car was picked up yesterday, well prepared, washed and pleasing to the eye after entering the showroom. The entire purchase process was conducted in a positive atmosphere. First of all, the service shows passion and the lack of forcing anything. I recommend it to everyone, because this dealer stands out significantly from the others in the most positive sense :)

PIOTRA SZKUPA, INCLUDING ALL LEAZING FORMALITIES, TO ALL INSPECTIONS AND REPAIRS CONDUCTED BY MR. THE CLIENT IS ALWAYS LISTENED FROM THE MOMENT ENTERING THE SHOWROOM, AND THEN QUICKLY DIRECTED TO THE APPROPRIATE PERSONS TO HANDLE THE CASE. WHAT'S ABOUT MECHANICS, FULL PROFESSIONALISM ESPECIALLY Mr. Jarosław -MEGA GOLD. Despite the end of the warranty, because the car has traveled 160,000 km, i was not checked with a bill. THE REPAIR WAS MADE UNDER WARRANTY FOR WHAT THANK YOU. I am getting ready to buy another car and it will certainly be a Kia with MGT ŁOWICZ
