One star for the discrepancy in providing information by individual employees and inappropriate approach to the client Ms. from the morning change on 12.27.19. On 21.12 a purse was purchased, intended as a gift, then the saleswoman offered a smooth exchange or return, if the goods do not appeal to the recipient and of course allowed to tear off the tags, leaving them intact (no one would like to get a gift with the price on the price tag, and painting the price would damage it). After less than a week, the first day off after Christmas, we went to exchange it, taking the receipt and tags with us. The young saleswoman from the beginning, shooting strange faces, attacked us that it is not done in such a way as to carry a purse, cut off tags and bring back. So I asked her if she thought that the bag was used, looked at it and very matter-of-factly answered "I'm not convinced", so I asked her to indicate the place where there is any trace of use, then she kindly agreed to "return the money" for the last time. The purse was not used and the lady treated us like scams. Attaching an undamaged tag with a gun, which is in every store is not a problem, and assessing whether a given product was used is within the competence of operating such a store and should be more substantive than repeating "I don't know". Generally, we came with the intention of exchanging the goods for another, but thanks to the reliable and friendly attitude of service, we only left with a refund.

I strongly advise against this shop, Fila shoes for a child bought for PLN 200 and after two days they were overwhelmed, the complaint was not recognized, frauds and criminals. Even shoes for PLN 20 are more durable, I will not go there anymore!

Very pleasant service, which helped me when choosing shoes. Defects of shoes are manufacturing defects, not a given store😊
