A very picturesque building. Probably it was always meant to be used only for decoration, as an element of the landscape - in the case of such a flat terrain as here a real equeduct of such a height does not make sense. But I admit that it looks great, together with its reflection in the water.

Built in 1784 above the water cascade. Modeled on the architecture of Roman waterworks. In terms of functionality, the bridge connects the banks of the Łupi River just at the mouth of a large pond. The project of the Aqueduct from 1784, signed by Szymon Bogumił Zug, has been preserved. He was supplemented with the building in 1800 by Henry Ittar. After 1864, the Aqueduct was completely demolished by subsequent owners of the Arcadian park. In 1951 Gerard Ciołek reconstructed the building and cleaned up the water network.

A pleasant place among greenery and with a piece of interesting history retained in the ruins ... Cool place for a Sunday trip around Łódź .... Near the palace in Nieborów ....

The aqueduct, modeled on the architecture of Roman waterworks, was built in 1784. After 1864, the aqueduct was completely demolished. It was reconstructed to its present state in 1951.
