The owner turned out to be a non-professional person, ordering a service for which you received payment more than a year ago was carried out after several attempts, preceded by clashes that the owner, who allegedly ordered the improvement of the service, in practice not doing so. I heartily advise against loss of nerves and lack of any signs of remorse for its low professionalism.
