Flowers ordered 21-05 for delivery to the Netherlands 22-05 between 12-16 hours were not delivered. The florist called the recipient of these birthday flowers. I told the telephone that the flowers were not delivered and I asked for a refund from the person who ordered them. There is no answer so far. Fatal service. After money and flowers.
