Opinion based on Napoleon's cake bought by confectioners on Ujście Street in Łódź. Supplier of confectionery A. Brzeziński. On the plus side - the cream is not disgustingly sweet. Tasty 3/5 cream. The rest are the same cons: either it was old (if so, the patisserie should verify the stores he sells or sell stale products, or require such stores to properly mark older cakes. Dry cream. The top of the cake should crack and not smash the whole cake. I prefer to pay a zloty or two more and eat better something that is supposed to give pleasure rather than clogging the body with sugar. I wouldn't give this cake to my guests.
